Valentine's Tournament - February 11th
Scotch Doubles is a fun bowling format where two bowlers work together (1 woman+1 man) to bowl 4 games as a team.
Tournament Rules:
1. This tournament is a scotch doubles tournament consisting of 4 games on the same pair of lanes.
2. Only Women can bowl with more than one partner on the same pair of lanes.
3. Scotch Doubles format will be used: First and third game woman throws the first ball, man picks up spare, if woman strikes man throws next frame. Man starts second and fourth game with same format.
4. Handicap will be 80% of 400, which will be divided in half for each game, since bowler is only bowling half of a game.
5. Tournament Average:
*a.Highest Current USBC avg of 21 games
*b. If bowler doesnt have current avg, then use highest book avg, (2010-2011)
*c. All other bowl scratch
6. Standings will be based on the teams highest of 4 games, qualifying score with handicap
7.In case of a tie for prize positions there will be a 9th and 10th frame roll-off, or 2 positions will split money if both parties agree.
8. Participants must be adult bowlers, no youth will be allowed to bowl.
9. All decisions of Tournament Management are FINAL.
